Old Matt's Cabin RP Postcards

1. Old Mat's Cabin, Branson, MO  Note that there are no windows anywhere and there is a door where the fireplace was later added.  Though my copy of this card is postmarked 1918, another copy offered on eBay was postmarked 1910, only three years after Harold Bell Wright's novel, The Shepherd of the Hills.. gc
1b. The Matthew's Cabin.  This card is identical to the card above but with the words "333 Hall Photo Co," which seem to have been erased from the above card.  Courtesy Larry Allen
2. Matthew's Home.   U.S.Stoner  [Upper window has been added, but no lower windows or fireplace yet. Steps are gone from fireplace/door, but are now at porch. Postmarked 1913.]

I thought you might like to have it and I think of no one else I would rather give it to. The fellow with the gun is myself. How I wish I could relive those wonderful days."]
